Audrey Amendolara

Co-founder · Training and coaching

I teach the skill that changed the direction of my life to people who are where I once was: ambitious, capable, and completely without a roadmap. I run the onboarding calls, and I train and coach alongside Ella from there through placement.

Background

I was born and raised in Oregon. Growing up, most of my time went to playing sports and riding horses. I have always loved challenging myself, trying new things, and stepping outside of my comfort zone.

During high school I switched to online school, which became a surprisingly lonely chapter of my life. Without the structure of a traditional school environment, I found myself questioning who I wanted to become and what direction I wanted my life to take. While many of my peers seemed to have a clear plan, I felt different. I had big ambitions but no clear roadmap for how to turn them into reality.

That season taught me something valuable. It is okay not to have everything figured out. What mattered was continuing to take action, learn new skills, and stay open to opportunities.

02

Path into sales

Eventually I discovered remote sales, and it completely changed the trajectory of my life. It gave me confidence, financial freedom, and a skill set that I know I will carry with me forever. More importantly, it showed me that your future is not determined by where you start. It is determined by the decisions you are willing to make and the work you are willing to put in.

Today I am the co-founder of New World Sales, where I help people develop high income sales skills and build careers that create more freedom and flexibility. My goal is not just to help people land a job. It is to help them build confidence, think bigger, and realise they are capable of much more than they imagined.

What changed it

One opportunity I almost did not take seriously.

What it gave me

Confidence, financial freedom, and a skill for life.

Where it led

Co-founding a training and placement company.

03

Why I teach

What made me want to teach sales was not the career itself. It was remembering exactly what it felt like to be on the other side.

I know what it is like to want more out of life but have no idea who to trust. When you are trying to build a better future, everyone seems to have the perfect opportunity, but it is hard to know who genuinely has your best interests at heart. I used to be an incredibly trusting person, and over time I learned that not everyone operates with integrity. Those experiences made me much more careful about who I listened to and who I allowed to guide my future.

Because of that, I built New World Sales around the kind of mentorship I wish I had when I was starting. I believe people deserve honesty, transparency, and someone who genuinely cares about their long term success, not just making a sale.

I would rather earn someone's trust through honesty than their approval through empty encouragement.

04

Coaching approach

My coaching style is direct, honest, and approachable. I will always tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and I will do it in a way that makes you feel supported rather than judged.

Straight answers

When you ask me a question, you get a genuine answer. If I know something, I will share it. If I do not, I will tell you. No vague advice and no pretending to have all the answers.

No pedestal

I never want my students to feel like I am above them. I am someone who is a few steps ahead and genuinely wants to help others get where they are trying to go.

Room to be wrong

I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and being honest about where they are struggling without feeling embarrassed.

Accountability

You set the goals. I hold you to them, and I remind you why you started when things get difficult.

I know how vulnerable it feels to invest in yourself and trust someone to guide you. When people come to me, they are often hoping to change the direction of their lives, and I do not take that responsibility lightly. That is why I have never been interested in selling false hope, making unrealistic promises, or giving generic motivational advice just to make someone feel good in the moment. There will be moments of self doubt, frustration, and setbacks. That is part of learning any new skill, and my role is to help my students work through those moments.

05

Student outcomes

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is watching students transform their lives. While everyone's journey looks different, these are the changes I see most often.

Left behind

Jobs they felt stuck in.

Moved into

Remote careers that fit around a life rather than the other way around.

Increased

Their income, significantly in many cases.

Gained

A level of confidence they never thought possible.

My mission has always remained the same: to give people practical skills and genuine support that continue to serve them long after they have completed the program. For me, success is not measured by how many people join. It is measured by the lives that are changed because they believed in themselves enough to take the first step.

Results depend on individual effort, time, and skill. New World Sales does not guarantee a job or a specific outcome.

06

Personal

Outside of work, I genuinely enjoy learning and challenging myself to grow. Whether it is reading, listening to podcasts, developing new skills, or simply trying to become a better leader, I believe there is always something new to learn. Self improvement has become a huge part of who I am, because I do not think growth ever really ends.

That said, I have also learned the importance of slowing down and appreciating the season you are in. I have a tattoo on my back that says "Enjoy where you are now", because it is a reminder I need just as much as anyone else. While I am always working toward bigger goals, I never want to lose sight of the progress I have already made.

At the end of the day, I believe success is not just about what you achieve. It is about the person you become along the way.

Next step

See whether this is the right fit.

A strategy session is a conversation with our enrollment team, not a pitch. If the program is not right for you, they will say so on the call. If you join, your first call is a one on one onboarding call with me.
